The latest update brings several new features. The most important one is the ability to respond to clients’ daily check-ins left in the app directly from the Monitoring module on the platform.

Meanwhile, the mobile app has received improvements that make it even more intuitive for users and simplify the process of following their cooperation plan.

Responding to daily check-ins

Does every client need to stay in constant contact and receive almost immediate answers to their questions? Probably not.

That is why, as an alternative to chat conversations, we have introduced an asynchronous form of communication – responding to daily check-ins that clients record in the app.

When client shares their observations, you will receive a notification in the system (the bell icon on the top navigation bar). From there, you can quickly move to the Monitoring module, review client’s notes and reply to them. If needed, you can edit or delete the messages you have sent. Entire conversation can be viewed in a collapsible side panel.

When you reply to client’s message, they will also be notified – push notification will appear on their phone screen and redirect them straight to your response.

With this functionality, you no longer need to give every client access to the Chat module in order to keep communication smooth. For many of your clients, responding to daily check-ins may be a sufficient form of contact, while for you it is a way to work more efficiently – without being distracted by chat messages arriving at all times of the day.

Improvements in the mobile app

Meal and hydration reminders

Fifteen minutes before a scheduled mealtime, client will receive push notification reminding them to eat. Similar notification will appear on their phone if they have not logged any fluid intake by 12:00 p.m. This makes it even easier for them to work on building new habits.

Meal finder in the Discover tab

Clients now have access to the entire recipe database directly in the Discover tab. All they need to do is type what they are craving into the search bar (at the top of the screen) and they can plan to include the selected meal for the day.

Screen timeout off in recipe and shopping list views

Dimming phone screen while preparing meals? Not anymore! The screen will remain lit in the recipe and shopping list views until client manually locks their phone.

Summary

New features make working with clients easier, faster and more tailored to their needs. With the ability to respond to daily check-ins, you stay in control of communication without having to constantly monitor the chat – you reply when you have time, while the client still receives clear signal that their notes have been acknowledged. This helps maintain the relationship while saving your time and attention. At the same time, the mobile app gives clients tools that genuinely support them in building lasting habits.
