About the Client
Paulina Zachradnik combines her work as a dietitian, personal trainer and fitness instructor. She runs her own training studio, “Stay Fit Paulina Zachradnik”, in Krynica-Zdrój. She focuses primarily on weight loss and shaping women’s bodies, taking a holistic approach – helping clients change their eating habits while promoting physical activity through strength training. Thanks to this approach, her clients have a better chance of reaching their desired body goals. In her work, Paulina is a strong advocate of the small steps method, which she believes is the most effective way to achieve lasting results.

Client challenges
Before Paulina started using alloweat, her biggest struggle was believing in the methodology promoted by other dietetic programs – one that focused solely on handing over a meal plan to the client. She felt that this way of working was limiting for patients – especially those who were less aware and struggled to independently swap out foods or meals. These clients could easily become discouraged, often before the next appointment, which could otherwise be used for education.
Another challenge that previously made Paulina’s work difficult was lack of control over the process. After receiving the diet plan, contact with client would often break off (for unknown reasons). Even when collaboration continued, the results were often unsatisfying – for both the client and for Paulina. Creating yet another meal plan, without knowing to what extent the client was actually following recommendations, simply didn’t work.
Results achieved
Since Paulina started working with alloweat, she has been able to support significantly more clients with much better results than before. Thanks to the mobile app, clients are more engaged in the process and take a more proactive approach – they’re more willing to experiment with meals, adjusting them to their preferences and time availability. This saves Paulina many hours of work that she used to spend preparing meal plan modifications.
Paulina also feels that her professional situation has become more stable and collaborations she enters into are ongoing. Clients continue the process by paying for app access month by month. They no longer disappear from the process overnight to use single printed meal plan for months – without understanding what truly matters when it comes to achieving lasting results.
Client’s biggest win
Paulina is finally able to support her clients in a way that aligns with her own beliefs and values. What’s more, she has regained the confidence that what she does every day truly matters and that she’s capable of making a real impact.
Ability to oversee the entire process and respond in real time when needed has strengthened her sense of agency as a specialist.
All of this has translated into spectacular results for her clients and, as a result, more satisfied and recommending clients.
