About the Client
Meet Katarzyna Koćwin — clinical dietitian, psychodietitian and DBT skills trainer (dialectical behavior therapy). In her practice, she combines knowledge from dietetics and psychology to help patients lose weight effectively. Every day, she explains that no diet will work if you don’t first take care of your mental health. She mainly works with people dealing with insulin resistance, hypothyroidism and stress eating, who have often faced many unsuccessful attempts at weight loss.
Kasia founded her business in 2018 and has been active on social media for 7 years. This year (2024), she decided to try working in a clinic setting (she lives in Łódź), as she missed personal contact with people. However, after a few months of working this way, she decided to focus entirely on building her brand online.

Client challenges
One of the main problems Kasia identified — which made her reconsider the direction of her business development — was overworking. Kasia had been feeling burned out for some time.
Following a psychodietetic approach in working with patients, creating meal plans became less and less aligned with her working style and more exhausting. She felt that simply handing a patient a meal plan was not enough for them to make conscious nutritional decisions in the future. She wanted to offer her clients a higher quality of cooperation.
