About the Client
Agnieszka Grochowska specializes in clinical dietetics. She has been running her own business for 3 years, but started working in dietetics 5 years ago.
Most of her patients Agnieszka sees in person, at her clinic in Łosice – a small town in the Masovian Voivodeship. Additionally, twice a month she sees patients in Warsaw. She also collaborates with the hospital in Łosice and with another dietitian, Karina Janas.
Agnieszka is also involved in various initiatives, such as conducting nutrition workshops.

For some time, Agnieszka felt a strong need to change the program she had been using, mainly due to recurring technical issues that were not being resolved promptly.

If needed, she can always edit these recommendations to reflect patient’s current situation.

She allows herself greater flexibility in choosing the cooperation model with patients because she has many more options. Time she spends preparing meal plans for clinical patients has significantly shortened. These changes now allow her to work with about 40 clients simultaneously, without compromising her private life.
Result of these changes was also the decision to increase the price of meal plans by 100zl. Working with modern technology has allowed Agnieszka to deliver the quality she has always aimed for.
It’s easy to calculate that the ability to work with 40 clients at the same time and increase prices by 100zl per meal plan brings an additional 4000zl in monthly revenue. 🙂
