About the Client
Meet Kuba Chwiłkowski – though many of you may already know him from social media; his Instagram profile is followed by over 100,000 people!
Kuba is a dietitian who took his first steps in the industry in 2018, working entirely online from the very beginning. He mainly focuses on selling e-books and recently started using our app to support that. He also offers individual coaching, but to a lesser extent.

Client challenges
Before discovering alloweat, Kuba tried several software tools available on the market. Using other platforms, he experienced a lot of frustration when creating meal plans – the process was inconvenient and tedious for him.
Client communication was also an issue – he relied on Messenger and really missed what he described as an “all-in-one app.” Introduction of alloweat mate (the professional app for dietitians) was a pleasant surprise and a valuable addition to both platform and client-facing app.
What’s more, Kuba was highly focused on scaling his business but didn’t want to build a team of dietitians working 1:1 with clients. He wanted to operate on a larger scale but always ended up hitting a ceiling that couldn’t be broken without hiring a team. However, managing a team seemed too time-consuming, so that was never the direction he wanted to go with his business.
Results achieved
When asked “What has changed since you started working with alloweat?”, Kuba doesn’t hesitate — “Everything,” he says. For the first time, he sees a clear and simple path to scaling his business and hiring other dietitians has suddenly become easy and enjoyable. He no longer sees it as a burden — alloweat enables team cooperation without adding extra management stress or responsibilities.
Individual cooperation with client has become much more efficient, thanks to the reduced time spent on creating meal plans and the convenience of integrated communication with clients.
But the biggest change Kuba decided to make in his business was to completely flip his work model upside down. He has reduced his 1:1 client work to just 10% and shifted his focus entirely to promoting subscription-based model, where clients purchase access to recipes in the app. According to Kuba, this type of cooperation meets most of his clients’ needs and the feedback he receives has been 100% positive.
Client’s biggest win
Kuba sees the ease of scaling his business as his greatest success. Finally, the “glass ceiling” no longer exists for him. By changing his work model, meal plans are now created in a non-standard, scalable way, which has helped Kuba save time — time he now primarily devotes to engaging with his clients.
As a result, his revenue has increased significantly and the investment in alloweat (2-year subscription) has, as Kuba puts it, “more than paid off.”
In the Client’s words
If I had to say whether I recommend alloweat – absolutely, without a doubt. For a long, very long time, there was no tool in the industry that truly revolutionized the entire model of working with diet clients – until now. Work comfort and possibilities for growing nutrition business are incomparable to anything before. I won’t even compare it to the competition – it’s a different league entirely. Especially since I’ve worked with several different platforms. What’s particularly important to me – alloweat rekindled my passion for dietetics, opened new doors and broadened my perspective and opportunities. Now, things that seemed impossible or overwhelming 2–3 years ago are just enjoyable tasks to complete. I could go on and on with the praise. Oh – and one more thing that’s been incredibly helpful is the communication with the alloweat team. I’ve been in touch with Ola, and it’s simply a 10/10 – helpful, kind, open and supportive on every level. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service anywhere else and I deeply appreciate it. You’re doing a great job – keep it up!
