About the Client

Natalia Farian is a clinical dietitian. She graduated in June 2022 and, just a few months later, decided to start her own practice, which she has been running since November 2022. On a daily basis, she works mainly with patients struggling with gut issues, offering one-on-one consultations exclusively online.

Client challenges

Before Natalia began her journey with alloweat, she faced several challenges that were holding her back as a specialist. Being at the start of her professional path, instead of focusing on acquiring clients and giving them the attention needed to achieve real results, her work revolved around repetitive tasks.

Meal planning consumed a huge amount of her time. This was mainly due to the poor quality of databases in the software she was using at the time. She also lacked the ability to filter recipes precisely. In order to find a dish she wanted to use, she had to remember its exact name. As her work scaled up, this became impossible to manage.

Creating a plan for someone without major health concerns usually takes just 20–30 minutes. This includes the entire nutrition program preparation time – educational materials and individualized supplementation plans included.

Such time savings became possible thanks to alloweat’s extensive system databases, where the recipes – as Natalia herself put it – are “practical, quick and realistic, not overcomplicated.” Her patients appreciate this too, which makes it easier for them to stick to the plan.

In addition, Natalia now has all the information she needs about her patients and their progress in one place on the platform – client data is secure and her overall comfort at work has significantly improved.
