Is a contract signed after purchase?
All legal matters are covered in our regulations and privacy policy. No signed contract is required.
Who is an active customer?
Active customer is someone the dietitian is working with during current billing period. Dietitian activates and deactivates customers manually. Once client is activated, they remain billable until the end of billing period.
Can I change my plan if I have more active customers?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time, for both monthly and yearly subscriptions.
Are there any special discounts when purchasing the program for a longer period?
Yes. When you purchase annual access to alloweat, you get 2 months for free.
Can I purchase the program as part of a business start-up grant?
Of course. Just contact us by email at hello@alloweat.com to discuss the details.
Can I cancel my subscription if I purchase a 1-year or 2-year plan?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
Is there an extra cost for using the mobile application?
Mobile app is included in your subscription – there are no additional costs for sharing it with your clients or using it to generate passive income.
Will I be charged for a subscription after the free trial period?
After the 14-day trial period, access to the system will be automatically disabled. Using the free trial doesn’t create any obligation to purchase. We also don’t require a credit card.
